The identification of production partners may not be easy. This shall be based on the clear understanding of the requirement and expectation of the customers. Basic industry knowledge is essential. Distribution Partners
The distribution network in China may be different as you could image. There are not well developed distribution systems in many industries and for many products. You may need to find different distributors in different regions in China as those regional distributors are strong only in the certain areas. Very few can cover the national market.
